- ●MyRain Sprinkler Systems was manually updating ~1,000 Shopify product prices every week from a supplier Excel file. I built a Python tool that automates the full workflow: logs into the SiteOne Canada portal, downloads the current price list, compares every product against what's live in Shopify, and updates only the prices that actually changed. Runs weekly on GitHub Actions at $0/month.
- ●Built with Playwright (browser login and file download), openpyxl (Excel parsing), and Shopify's GraphQL API (price reads and bulk updates). After each run it writes a JSON report showing how many products were checked, updated, skipped, or failed - a complete record of every price change. Includes a pytest suite that runs without live credentials.
